Databases are tools that should work for you. This workshop will compare three tools to compare how they work. Most likely: EBSCO, JSTOR, and Scopus. ProQuest or Web of Science can be substituted in depending on the attendees. This is intended for beginners to research, but all are welcome. You will learn about boolean operators, creating a search string, and selecting key terms. This tutorial taught by a social science librarian at Columbia University Libraries.
