DESCRIPTION:Mick Hunter ● Yale University \nIn this workshop\, Prof. Mick Hunter will talk about how to curate and use digitized corpora on one’s own computer\, focusing particularly on the use of “regular expressions” to run sophisticated searches. These are the tools that allowed him to track down literally thousands of early Confucius sayings for his book Confucius Beyond the Analects (Brill 2017) and that continue to inform his work on early intertextuality.
