He has published widely in both history and archaeology of Early China. He is the Faculty Director of the Tang Center for Early China. \nProfessor Anthony Barbieri is Professor of Chinese History at the University of California\, Santa Barbara. He has published numerous books on the social\, cultural\, legal\, and material culture history of Early China. \nPrivate meetings with the editors outside of the event time are possible upon prior arrangement.
