ACC Voices x ARAD: Global Leadership in the Arts

Join the Arts Administration Program at Teachers College and the Asian Cultural Council for a performance and panel discussion on the impact of cultural exchange on individuals and societies. Through the panelists’ stories, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how organizations like ACC support the arts and cultural exchange, and how this work impacts the careers of artists and arts administrators alike. This event will be a valuable opportunity for international students and their domestic peers to learn more about related career paths and to gain inspiration from the experiences of successful artists and administrators in the field.

The event will take place in-person on the evening of Thursday, May 4th, 2023 in Milbank Chapel (ZB 125) on Teachers College campus. Doors will open at 6:00pm, and a reception will be held following the panel event. The panel will feature ARAD professor Dr. Yan Xiao, Jennifer Koh (ACC ’11), Li-Chin Li (musician and current ACC fellow), and ACC Executive Director Judy Kim, and will be moderated by Ashima Tshering (ARAD ’23).
