School of Nursing presents Crawford Bias Reduction Theory & Training (CBRT)  with Dr. Dana Crawford on Monday, October 3rd, from 12 pm to 1:30 pm.

In this talk, Dr. Dana Crawford invites us to reflect not only on the need for more awareness but the necessity for action. More specifically, Dr. Crawford will discuss using the Crawford Bias Reduction Theory & Training (CBRT) to reduce bias, prejudice, and racism. The CBRT approach helps participants move from being reactive to the manifestations of bias, prejudice, and racism and to be mindful and strategic in responding.
