Help Hope Healing

Columbia Japan Relief (CJR) is a student organization committed to providing relief to those affected by the unprecedented earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster in Japan. The objective is to raise awareness and mobilize money quickly in support of immediate relief efforts. We are also steadfast in our resolve to remain involved with long-term recovery efforts. Our mission is to generate support for, organize efforts toward, and distribute aid to Japan.

We serve as a liaison for other relief efforts and accept any and all who are willing to volunteer their time or generous donation with the clear purpose of directly supporting survivors and victims.

Please, get involved. Your contribution can make a difference.

CJR is co-sponsored by the East Asian Languages and Cultures Department and the Japanese Language Program at Columbia University.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
